Dealer and store is not honest for they are customer

Only drive my new car like 1000 miles now many things still need to learn when I got time . But the dealer shop store at 757 N Tyler RD Wichita KS is not been honest with me and manager how to treat customers is terrible I can not respect that and won’t suggest anyone I know spend the money there !

Overall I like and enjoy my vehicle.

I like everything about my vehicle except one thing. My transmission does not function properly. When starting off from a stop or on turning a corner, when the accelerator is pressed, The car will not shift. You can hear the engine rev but the car doesn’t move. After a few seconds the car jerks very hard and shifts and starts to move. Dangerous pulling into traffic. I have also experienced it not shifting to reverse when I pulling out of a parking spot. I have taken it to two different dealerships and they find nothing wrong. I am taking it to an independent repair shop for further inspection. This is not the experience I was expecting from a new vehicle with 2250 miles on it. Especially since I have owned other Hyundais and have not had any problem with them. Which is the biggest reason I returned to Hyundai.

Great ride. Love the light interior and the space.

Overall a good vehicle. I upgraded from a Hyundai Sonata 2019 and have always had sedans. This has taken some getting used to. I still feel that the Sonata had a better pick-up and overall drive, but I enjoy having the SUV feel.

Not happy so far

Very hard to tell if light over ac is on as well as all the others also very small. Obviously seniors weren't considered at all. Not happy with radio set up. Also the way it feels like car is slipping in gear.

The seats are not comfortable on a long drive it's good on gas

The vehicle is okay but the fit for the trunk keeps falling down so they did not measure correctly will be taking it back to the dealer because the piece for the trunk should not be falling

So high tech, you skipped the basics.

At 60 yrs old this is the first new car I have ever bought. I am so overwhelmed with all of the high tech features. There needs to be an option to turn off all of the assist features. I feel like I am constantly fighting this car especially if there is a slight curve or if it's raining. You can turn off the feature that shuts the car off at stop lights but everything else is always on. As for missing features- you can't program a garage remote nor does the rear view mirror auto change.

I love it!

I bought a new Sante Fe in 2018 and loved it but the 2025 Sante Fe was too large for my liking. The Tuscon is closer to the size I was looking for. I got all the bells and whistles on this one as well.

Not Impressed, Not Terrible

I barely had my car 1 month and I already have paint peeling, my drivers seat is creaking, and my collision light keeps going on/off. Part is finally in for the peeling paint. Will see what the garage says when I take it for the other issues. I absolutely hate that I cannot turn off the "take a break warning". I am constantly watching for deer where I live, so my eyes are not 100% on the road and are constantly scanning. That goes off constantly and I would get rid of the car just because of it. I get in to start driving and within minutes it tells me to take a break. My model cannot turn it off.

Going from a Santa Fe to a Tuscon took getting used to but I love it.

I have no complaints with the Tuscon. I have a MAJOR complaint with Jim Ellis Hyundai of Atlanta and will never purchase a car through them, but their behavior is certainly not a reflection on my Tuscon.
