Love this car

The four cylinder engine has get up and go and gives me about 35 miles per gallon on the road. Very comfortable. Everything works as if the car was new. The radio system is great. This is a very smooth riding automobile.

Love this car

I have had my Sonata for 5 years, from 2000 miles to 90,000 miles. This is a great car, comfortable, decent gas mileage, reliable. I've had no issues with it. Great space in the interior - no need to squish the front passenger when people in the back. Plan to replace it with another Hyundai when the time comes.

Too many recalls

This car has had 4 recalls plus a steering issue (covered under warranty) in the almost six years we’ve owned it. While not all recalls were problematic for my particular car each recall requires an appointment and then the car being tied up

Satisfied

Took the advice of salesman and went for sport edition for comfort. Do a lot of miles and seats are great. Gas mileage is beyond amazing even for turbocharged model. All around great room and big trunk. Would only like a better sound system. Solved in newest models I test drove! Couldn’t be happier other then a couple warranty recalls I’m happy and will stick with Hyundai I’m sure

Best car I have ever owned

No serious problems in five years and 80,000 miles. Still looks and runs like new, very little maintenance needed. Solid construction, all doors and body hardware fit perfectly. Great handling and performance.

Okay Vehicle

Overall, the car is good. However, there is an annoying noise near the wheel that no one can resolve. I get an alignment every few months. This keeps me from strongly recommending the car. There are chips of paints or plastic coming off of the steering wheel and I take care of the car.

Lemon

This was very unpleasant from the beginning. We have had constant problems with this car. The engine blew up which was extremely dangerous and seems like the car is off balanced which is extremely dangerous to drive.

Falling apart after 4 years

My car is falling apart after 4 years. Crack down dashboard, steering wheel material falling off, clanking noises, wheel well very noisy. I have tried to get it fixed but they say nothing is wrong with it.

2013 Hyundai Sonata

Because I am a short person, the front seats sit too low and do not adjust to a completely comfortable height. Also, the vehicle sits too low to the ground and drags on curbs and gravel when driven too close. The one other thing I have never liked about my car is the contour of the windshield. Before retiring, I drove 26 highway miles one way to work. Often times, I would take a rock to the windshield and it seems often times, I would get a small chip. I have talked to other Hyundai owners and they have told me they have had the same issue.

Love it

This is one of the best cars I have ever owned. Dependable and comfortable ride. If I had a complaint, it would be disappointing radio, but iPod connection makes up for that. I love it, love it, love it.

I think this is one of my better vehicles I would really love to have the chance to buy a new or model I just don’t know at my fix budget I would be able to afford it but should that ever happened I definitely will be coming in to the Hyundai dealer

Sonata GLS

The Sonato is a very nice car that performs very well on the highway. It is a dependable car that handles the road conditions. Whenever I drive my car, I am safe because Allen Hyundai service department makes sure that it stays in service to perform well.

Loving my Sonata!

My Sonata was one of the best vehicle purchases I have ever made. The lines are sleek. The ride is smooth. The seats are comfortable. The interior is spacious. The gas mileage is AWESOME! The pickup speed is ridiculous. Makes passing on the interstate a breeze. I could go on but won't. I love my Sonata so much, and Hyundai's in general, that my enthusiasm caused my son purchased to purchase an Elantra a few years back, and my sister to purchase a Sonata just last month. I've rented Santa fe's in the past for long trips and my sister rented a Tuscon recently for the same reason. We don't take our own vehicles on long trips. My husband wants a Santa fe as his next vehicle so I see Hyundai's in our future for some time to come.

Sonata

This is my second Hyundai and have been happy with them and the O'Brien's dealership. I wish the seats were more comfortable and road noise wasn't so loud. My second one has been hit 3 times and had held up very well.

I have 80+ thousand miles on this car. It never gives me any trouble. Best car I have ever owned.I have to go out of town a lot. It is perfect size to get around. My 11 hour journey to my destination is always pleasant because I have a dependable car. I will stick with Hyundai.

Love my car

I love my car. My sonata runs very smooth and is very spacious. I like that it came with xm radio and only 30,000 miles on it with it being a 2013. Very nice buy, I’d buy another sonata in the future because I love the one I have.

Very Happy Sonata Owner

My 2013 Sonata may well be my favorite car so far. For the money, the features, looks and performance are outstanding. Never had a premium auto ( Mercedes, BMW, etc.) to compare but to do so would not be an apples-to-apples comparison. Hope as time goes by the interior features will remain much the same - especially the heat/AC controls which are so easy to see - day or night.
