The car has been unreliable due to transmission issues

The car has been in the shop for three weeks out of the first three months of purchase. While the sales team has been very supportive the Maintainance team has been very lacking.

2025 Hyundai Santa Fe Calligraphy

I bought this 2025 Santa Fe after having a 2017 Tucson previously which I was very pleased with. After 8 years, I only had 29,000 miles on the Tucson and my son needed a good car so I sold him my Tucson and bought my 2025 Santa Fe Calligraphy. So far so good. Only have about 900 miles on it so far and am very pleased with it. It sure has a lot of features. I have recommended Hyundai to many people. We even bought a new 2020 Hyundai Kona Limited Ultimate for my wife. That's 3 brand new Hyundais in 8 years so that speaks volumes about how I feel about Hyundai.

Remove the “coffee break” feature asap

Please remove the coffee break feature. I live on back dirt roads and after avoiding pot holes the car yells at me to take a coffee break because it thinks I’m switching. It doesn’t know the roads better than I do, it would prefer to drive through 5 inch deep pot holes than swerve to avoid them.

Driver Monitoring Kills Experience of an Otherwise Great Vehicle

Looked at a lot of cars before buying a new Santa Fe. The attention to detail on the interior was the deciding factor. Love the wireless Carplay/Android Auto. Display screens are great. Unfortunately there is a facial monitor on the steering column that is supposedly there to make sure you are paying attention while driving. The salesman told me you could turn off that feature if you did not want to use it. 100 miles in I found that if you are wearing certain glasses, or if your arm is on the steering wheel in a way that the sensor cannot see your face, the vehicle will beep loudly, and flash a message that "Driver Assistance system limited. Driver's full face not visible." It will then shut off cruise control! In other words, you cannot wear certain glasses and use cruise control. Beyond inconvenience, this is a safety concern that needs fixed immediately. The dealership is telling me that this is a common complaint and there is no way to turn off this 'feature'. Hopefully Hyundai will release a fix to turn off this horrible experience. Until then, I have buyer's remorse.

Beautiful car, bad manufacture and dealership care

Beautiful car with lots of great features. However, it was sold to us brand new with low transmission fluid & it now needs replaced. Also it had scratches along the roof from transport and a very wrinkled leather headrest.

Fun car to drive in town and on the highway, and it has a good, smooth ride. We love the interior and it has all the features you want, plus some. Hyundai Blue Link is great.
