Transmission has a problem at 21,000 miles

Don't know if we will ever buy another hyundai, the service from Hyundai itself is poor. Had to wait 3 days for transmission diagnostic so we could get a rental vehicle just unreasonable

Love my 2023 Santa Fe XRT

I was previously a sedan owner but always wanted an SUV. Due to an accident in 2021, I ended up with a pre-owned certified 2017 Santa Fe Sport. I never had an issue with my 2017, so after a little over 2yrs of owning it, I knew I wanted to continue with an SUV. I decided to treat myself to a brand new Santa Fe XRT with all of the updated features. I chose to stick with the Santa Fe but chose the XRT model because I loved the sporty look with black rims. It has now been almost 2yrs and I have zero complaints. The major difference I noticed between the 2017 vs the 2023 is the transition to Sport mode. It’s super smooth to the point once I leave the highway I forget that is still on. Great on gas and I literally feel like I am floating on the highway. I plan on driving it until the wheels fall off.
