This vehicle was purchased for our son as he outgrew our last car. It’s been a fantastic family car as well as the Mrs primary vehicle. I’d buy it again.

Not for me

I bought my Santa Fe brand new. Honestly I overpaid for it. When I saw it on the lot, I liked how it looked. Once I got it home and drive it a bit I felt the ride wasn't real smoothe,seats uncomfortable and I sat way too low. To be honest I didnt feel safe in it and traded it in this year.

Comfortable, convenient, spacious

This is my second Santa Fe. I previously had a 2014. The extra cargo space and room in the passenger area is good. Tires are loud and already needing to be replaced with 25000 miles on them. Cabin noise could be reduced. Wireless charger is mediocre. Issues with connecting ApplePlay at times. The storage below the controls is difficult to see into and access.

Poor dealer service

Every time vehicle is started you have to push radio button to see it on the screen,you also have to push the shut off button to stop the engine shut off at traffic lights etc.
