Love my 2023 Santa Fe XRT

I was previously a sedan owner but always wanted an SUV. Due to an accident in 2021, I ended up with a pre-owned certified 2017 Santa Fe Sport. I never had an issue with my 2017, so after a little over 2yrs of owning it, I knew I wanted to continue with an SUV. I decided to treat myself to a brand new Santa Fe XRT with all of the updated features. I chose to stick with the Santa Fe but chose the XRT model because I loved the sporty look with black rims. It has now been almost 2yrs and I have zero complaints. The major difference I noticed between the 2017 vs the 2023 is the transition to Sport mode. It’s super smooth to the point once I leave the highway I forget that is still on. Great on gas and I literally feel like I am floating on the highway. I plan on driving it until the wheels fall off.

Safety

There is too much restriction from all of the safety features, such as not allowing the vehicle to move until seat belt is fastened, to not allowing you to put the vehicle in drive without hitting the brake (try that in a crowded car wash with someone right on your heels). It's just way overboard.
