Love the Santa Cruz but not Hyundai customer service!

This is my 3rd Hyundai & I really love the truck. I financed a portion to get a rebate & my problem is Hyundai Motor Finance. VERY POOR customer service!! I’m about to run out of temporary non resident licensing in AZ. I’m trying to license in Idaho, where I reside. Arizona sent Hyundai Finance the paper title in April but Hyundai Finance said AZ no longer does that & requested another one. That voided the one sent in April. They didn’t even check to see if they had one. They have refused to check with AZ to see if the new one was on the way, so I did. They have now sent 2 paper titles & my license expires in 12 days. With the ineffectiveness of HMF, I fully expect to have an expired license before they decide to do their jobs like it should have been done in the first place. Love the truck but really displeased with your finance company!!

A nice ride

First off, I wish it got a little better gas mileage. Secondly, I HATE the door handle unlock spot. I have yet to figure out the right position for locking the door. Touch, Tap, Slide, your finger over the door handle. Sometimes it wotks, sometimes it doesn't. I wish it was like my Venue with the little button.

Retirement gift to me!

Had planned on getting the 2025 Santa Cruz once I retired, which I did. Had driven one before as a rental and new it was perfect for me. Got the Limited and love it!

Fun and flexible

Santa Cruz fits the bill for everything that I was looking for in a new vehicle. I always wanted a truck but didn't need a full-size one, and couldn't justify doing so because of the deceased gas mileage. Now I have my truck, decent gas mileage and outstanding Hyundai reliability for daily commuting and weekend fun and projects.

Missing somethings to be a great vehicle

I love the way the vehicle drives and the versatility of the truck bed. Don’t need finger print scanner it doesn’t even work. Don’t need driving modes as there is really only one. Need heads up display. Need parking sensors.
