Why I won’t get another Hyundai

The notice to pull over and get a coffee goes off Continuously!! The chiming is incessant! I’ve tried to turn off to no avail! Let my wife who drives like an old lady it rings!!!

Exactly what I have expected thus far

Everything has been great thus far. My only "complaint" would be for things I knew going in: smaller truck bed, a comfy back seat, slightly less storage than my previous truck. So the fact that I bought this vehicle after factoring it all in speaks volumes. Reliability is the next key metric but I won't have a full answer for than until about 10 years from now.

The 2025 Santa Cruz accomplishes all that I deem important. Room in the comfortable interior. All of the gadgets you could ask for. The exterrior is very attractive and useful. The bed is big enough to meet my needs. Finally, FUEL Economy for a "truck" is phenominal!

After 25 years of driving a Dodge Ram, I downsized to this zippy fun smaller truck. I LOVE IT. The gas mileage is a bonus. I can still haul what I need in the back!

Love my truck

I love everything abo ut it except a glitch that randomlyl turns off radio and gps. I can get out all back but it is frustrating and not good when you are traveling unknown roads and your gps is gone.

The vehicle is a joy to drive and own. Dealership knowledge is lacking. I was charged a diagnostic fee for them to tell me that I needed a certain Hyundai part that they should have known I needed from the beginning. They are representing the manufacturer and therefore should have some knowledge of the vehicle they sell

I really enjoy the comfort and ride of this vehicle. I always have the feel of control when driving, especially when needing to dodge objects in the road. I enjoy the options equipped but I do find some of them difficult to use. I placed a 4 star on this vehicle due to it needing more power. The ability to pass/over-take another vehicle was a learned experience, with when doing so the first time, I almost went head-on into oncoming traffic due to not allowing a full 3 minutes to over-take a vehicle. When passing, the engine over-revs, in my opinion, causing needless wear on engine components. The planning of extra space when passing and simply pulling into traffic or merging onto highway can be dangerous due to lack of power. If it wasn't for the poor engine power, I would rate this vehicle at a 5 star. The engine either needs equipped with a turbo, or a 6 cylinder option.
