2025 Palisade SEL

Lot's of interior room, comfortable seats, quiet cabin, electronics are over whelming, but we will learn. Fuel mileage could be better or a hybrid option would have been nice. Mostly used around town and a few day trips. We look forward to hitting the road this summer with coolers and suitcases. Over all it's great, just lacking in the fuel mileage. Only have about 1,900 miles on it.

nice vehicle would like to see a few changes

Quite a change to get used to the buttons on the steering wheel, Hard to tell what button does what and I know that learning just takes place over time. Would like to see a sunglass holder built into the console area controlling the sunroof. Need to brighten the lights on the accessories like the auto turnoff button,

this car is a very nice vehicle

this is an alternative to the higher priced Luxury SUV class. Many of the options are included wherein most of the Luxury SUV charge extra. Gas milage on trips is 25-28 mpg arround town 17-21mpg. This car is well made and has the feeling of comfort when you sit in the seats. Dashboard is laid out well however radio is a challenge until you read the manual. the car handles very well in both wet and dry conditions.

Very frustrating start for us owning our Palisade

During the first week of having our Palisade it kept giving seven different error codes. We tried several different numbers for the dealership and after multiple tries we finally had someone answer the phone. We explained what the palisade was doing and were given a date for service a week away! You couldn’t drive more than fifteen minutes before it started with the error codes and it wouldn’t keep our personal settings. We had to set the door lock function and seat adjustment every time we wanted to drive. Our scheduled service call arrived and after an hour and a half of waiting they did a diagnostic check on it and said it probably was something to do with the front camera. A part was ordered and we were told it would be several weeks before the part would arrive but to call in a couple of weeks to check on it. After two weeks we called and were told that the part was in. Again service call another week away. This seemed to rectify the seven different error codes. We ordered mud flaps and were quoted a price to put them on with the first oil change. A few days later we received a message on our machine that the mud flaps were in and to call to set up an appointment to get them installed. We tried for two days to make an appointment but couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone. So we went on line to make the appointment. Upon arriving at the appointment they told us they wouldn’t honor the price quoted because it wasn’t time for an oil change. So the mud flaps are at the dealership and will wait to be installed later when it is time for an oil change. Overall a very frustrating experience

2025 Palisade

This SUV has room for 7. Plenty of cargo space. With all the safety fractures like adaptive cruise, windshield display of dash speed side wearing lane control posted speed. It's equipped with the tow package which works great you don't even no your towing. Plenty of power , from a V6 and transmission system shifts smoothly.
