Poor

Brand new car and ruined our vacation. Over 1,000 miles from home and transmission went out. Had not even made the first payment. Got the car back the week the 2nd payment is due. Fighting to get reimbursed for all our expenses. VERY disappointed!

Much needed upgrade

After years of driving a 2014 Ford Explorer, we felt like we were in need of a vehicle upgrade. We shopped around for a few months before settling on our Palisade. One of the biggest selling points was the unbeatable warranty that Hyundai offers. Driving our Palisade was a little overwhelming the first couple of weeks. The technological differences between it and our old car are incomparable. We've gotten used to it now and we're extremely happy with our decision so far.

Overall a great car

Two main things that keep my review from being five stars. First, the CarPlay feature is not bluetooth enabled You must connect your phone with a charger cord. Not ideal at all. Second, it isn't the most comfortable ride.

Love my new Hyundai! So comfy and has all the bells and whistles. Nice to drive. Wish the styling was closer to the Santa Fe (including the steering wheel) but love it as it is too.

Makes weird loud noise after 1k miles. Wish had better access for charging ports and wireless charger to be higher watts as it charges super slow. Car wash issues the hitch plug port shorts out after each car wash.
