This is the second Hyundai I've owned. The first was an Equus and loved it also

I love my Palisade but Kevin and Tom are what makes me return. I've become part of Hyundai's family. In 2017 I bought my staff 5 cars 3 of them from Brandon Hyundai and I would NEVER RETURN TO THAT DEALERSHIP AGAIN.

2020 Hyundai Palisade Limited Review

Very many options for the price. With exception of a few amenities, the Palisade was thousands of dollars less expensive than the Audi Q7. That was main reason for purchase. It did handle extremely well on test drive, which we found impressive for our first venture outside the BMW/Lexus world.

My Favorite Vehicle Purchase!

I don't think you can find a better SUV for the money! Just an awesome vehicle! The features and functionality are outstanding. We love the audio quality as well as the navigation interface and iphone integration. There is also plenty of room for road trips.

Great features in this SUV for the price. I considered Ford Explorer, Toyota Highlander, Mazda 9 , KIA telluride and I chose the Palisade for the comfort the features and the price point. 20,000 miles so far.

The best SUV in its class.

My family was in an accident, totaling out our 2020 Palisade. My family was side-swiped by a 2008 Chevy 4x4. We have just purchased our 2022 Palisade Calligraphy. When my youngest daughter turns 16 this year we will be looking at the Hyundai line of products for her first automobile. No other manufacture has the warranty, pricing, reliability, and safety as Hyundai.

Love love love my Palisade!

Better fit and finish, mileage, warranty, looks, and functionality than anything else in its class. Super quiet and smooth. Fit and finish of a BMW with a pricetag of a Chevy...except NOT a Tahoe! Everything else seems cheap and clunky compared to the Palisade.

Overall a great vehicle, handles well smooth ride, has excellent power worth multiple drive modes allows you choose your preference. The windshield issues as well as the wind noise will driving prevents me from rating this 5 stars

Nice car

It's a nice family car. Only wish I could have gotten the Limited Edition with all the options. Holds 7 people, great that the bucket seats can fold and slide to make leg room, and lots of USB plugs. Cloth interior are almost water proof that it's easy to clean!

Great vehicle...

This is a great vehicle - great styling, performance, reliability and value! Took a 2500 mile road trip and averaged 27-30 mpg freeway driving at 70-80 mph. You definitely want to check this one out!!

Transmission is ruined

Transmission needs replacing and now that I’ve done research it’s seems like an ongoing issue with these trucks. Not what you would expect from a brand new vehicle. No warning at all, just got in my vehicle one morning and car is reporting a faulty transmission.

Love it!

I spent several months searching for a 7/8 passenger SUV. The Palisade was overall the best value with the most features. The interior is beautiful and the screen looks great compared to other SUV’s screens that look like a bulky tablet. The safety features and all around camera are great for parking in tight spots or next to curbs.

Vehicle is well appointed and generally good, felt taken advantage of on the maintenance package. Was sold on all of the standard routine maintenance being covered, but only every other oil change and select longer term maintenance is covered. I understands that brakes, etc might not be, but was lead to believe that I would not have to do my own maintenance or pay for it for 3 years, was looking forward to that since I typically do my own. Let down.

Good car at a good price. I tell people that all of the time. I often receive positive comments about the overall appearance of the car. This is my first Hyundai, would buy another one. I have owned, BMW's and MB's over the years, this car is every bit as solid.

If you are scared of Vampires, this car is for you!

Car smells like hot garlic. Look it up, it's a real thing and Hyundai has acknowledged it. All of our headrests have been replaced, I have had it treated 3 times professionally, and it smells like garlic/hot breath. The car is nice, great features for the price, but in the heat of summer when you open the door it's like getting smacked in the face with a dirty sock. It's embarrassing, I have had it at the dealership several times, we are not the only ones, and if I could get rid of it today, I would.

Love my Palisade

I genuinely am more pleased with my 2020 Palisade Limited than I ever expected. Great vehicle and so comfortable and spacious. I would have loved it even more if the mirrors folded in and the paddle shifters had been left off. I do not ever feel that I will use the paddle shifters.
