Paying for a car I can't even drive :)
I financed a brand new car off the lot with maybe 10 miles on it. Exactly one week after owning this vehicle, I experienced an issue with my battery on the way to work. The car shut off on me while I was driving on the freeway. Thankfully, I wasn't injured, but as I was forced to make an emergency stop, the vehicle was damaged in the process due to unavoidable roadside debris. It is almost 3 months since this incident, and still little has been done to get me back the car I am paying for. The dealership rarely answers, staff has rushed me off the phone and refused to answer me about returning this vehicle. My case manager and the dealership barely communicate, and when my case manager never calls me when they say they will. The only way I get "answers" is by attempting to call either the dealership or case manager myself, and I feel I shouldn't have to hound these people for communication or answers about a dud car I'm paying for.
When I first left a bad review, I was told my bad review was hurting business, and how dare I give an honest review of what I'm experiencing. While Hyundai has offered to cover the total cost of repairs (as they should considering my car sat on the lot so long the battery was fried), I still don't feel cared for, heard, or like I even matter as a customer. This is the first time I've ever bought a brand new car, after my previous car was totalled in a hit and run by a semi truck. I hoped this would be a great experience, and that all my problems would end, but three months later I'm still driving the loaner vehicle from the dealership and paying monthly on a car I cannot drive.
