Is alittle high from the ground difficulty to enter.the inside may be better quality.some acc look cheap for such a car instead the plastic could be wood

Nice but…

From the positive side, the GV 80 is a good looking vehicle and reasonably comfortable. The interior has a fresh look and well designed. On the negative side, there’s been too many issues with the electronics and convenient package. In the first year of ownership, it’s had to be serviced 6 different times for different electronic type issues. Each trip to the service department typically lasts several days and it’s been a major inconvenience.

Uncomfortable drivers seat

The drivers seat was so uncomfortable that I took a huge loss and got rid of my car - it was that bad! Would never recommend

Not a lexus

Your car looks good but performs like a ford Electronics are awful from mapping ,radio and seat memory Your dealerships stink and you never set them up independently From Hyundai . The dealer in my area is closed Saturday and Sunday no service , even windshield wiper on my 80 and70 stink

Love this car. We tested the whole range of luxury cars in this price range for a larger 5 person SUV and we decided on the Genesis GV80. This is a fun car to drive, it is comfortable and stylish. I would recommend it and the brand to anyone.

Very comfortable with minor pain points

We have been happy with the car overall, but several nuances have added pain points. The car is extremely comfortable and really enjoy the exterior and interior looks. Performance is great. There are small things that keep us from loving this car.
