My 2nd GV70

Previously I owned a 2023 Genesis GV 70. Was not interested in trading it in until Genesis reached out with a wonderful cash offer to buy my 2023 so why not? This is a magnificent automobile. Not only do I love the Porsche Macan like styling, but it’s a very peppy with the four-cylinder and the interior rivals any other small luxury SUV on the market and is probably better appointed than most. The only thing I can ding Genesis for is the resale is poor compared to the competition in most cases. I expect that will improve as people come to recognize Genesis has a true luxury car alternative. But just in case, at least the 2026 at a very competitive lease price so at least for three years I couldn’t care less.

Very enjoyable car!

The car drives great especially with highway travel. It is smooth and handles very well. The tech is outstanding in the vehicle. The only area where I feel it is behind its peers is in the city traffic. It doesn't have the nimble turning and maneuvering that others have.

Love the look and feel

So far I'm loving the vehicle. I love the look and feel of the materials inside and outside of the car. Luxury all around. Drives well in the snow and happy with everything except the carplay is glitchy sometimes.

A great looking SUV that drives like a luxury car

There are a few things……. 1. There s/b a 2 person seat adjustment. My last 2 cars had that 2. There should be a heated steering wheel. My last 2 cars had that 3. The round dial where you can change the menu I do not like. It should be on the screen, not where you can hit it all of the time. 4, the entire middle that’s silver should be something that doesn’t look dirty all of the time unless you use a cleaner on it. It should be black and not something that constantly needs to be wiped. 5. Too many bells and whistles. It’s very daunting and a lot that’s unnecessary.

Exceeds Expectations

Everything about my 2026 Sport Prestige GV70 has exceeded my high expectations. The exterior is stunning. The Makalu Gray paint scheme is beautifully varied in every lighting condition. The MLA headlamps provide crisp well-defined visibility for nighttime driving. The interior is truly outstanding with soft touch materials including Napa leather seats, front and rear, and microfiber suede headliners. Technology is truly top notch. The Drive Assist and Lane Keeping features ease driving stress. The Head Up Display helps to maintain awareness without diverting attention from the road. All in all the 2026 GV70 is the best luxury vehicle I have owned.
