My Genesis

The computer screen was updated and it started blinking on and off, took it to the car dealer and they were not able to determine what the problem was. I’m still waiting. The entire system has to be replaced and the actual service place needs to update car owners on a daily basis the actual service Shop isn’t on the premises with the sales Shop. Also, my car had 26 miles on it. It’s now at 12 miles. Why is my car being driven around?

Dealership is really dumb

I couldn't tell you because I never got A car. This dealership continues to send me emails about a car I purchased in which I've never visited the store. Even after multiple phone calls and emails about how I would not like to receive these anymore, I continue to get them. This is poor business and while I am in the market for a vehicle currently, I will never choose this dealership to purchase from

GV70; Our first experience with Genesis

We needed to replace our 2015 Acura RDX with Tech package. We considered similar models from Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Volvo and Acura. We read good reviews about the Genesis SUVs but had never driven one. The test drive really sold us on the GV70. The 2026 model was a big upgrade from the 2025. The tech features are really well thought out and comprehensive. We noticed many “little things” that show the designers went all-out to put the driver comfort and control first. The 2.5 L turbo is powerful and responsive. The handling is tight enough and the ride is very good. We’ve only had it a few months and are still discovering new features and available customizations. This is the best car we’ve had so far and we would definitely recommend it to anyone shopping for that size of SUV. Genesis is clearly doing their best to put out a great product with good support in an effort to gain market share. They are good competition for the big name German manufacturers.

Outperforms its competitors!

The amount of tech this car has is mind blowing! I compared it to very prestigious cars in its category- hands down the better option not to mention the warranty and service department. The team at Genesis of St. Charles made the process easy and stress-free. I’m excited to see the innovations Genesis continues to make!
