Love the Vehicle, NOT THE DEALER!!
I love my GV70 but once I signed and drove off, the dealership wiped their hands clean of me in resolving my issues. I had to come back in to have the clearcoat done and asked for a dealership for a loaner because I live quite a distance away. They gave me a dirty GV80 with no gas and the dealer tag was in rearview window but could not be seen because of the window tint. I had scratches that needed to be taken care of...still nothing! My GV70 has not updated and the apple carplay was supposed to become wireless with the update. Still nothing! I have to disconnect the carplay by cord when talking on the phone because it sounds like I am in a hole. I have been driving Cadillace vehicles for the last few years and NEVER EVER have I been treated this poorly. Communication is HORRIBLE!
