Satisfied customer

Our Genesis rides like a luxury car. It is loaded with accessories. There are 2 concerns: the massage seat button starts to work at random. Riding along 10 minutes and it starts. also there are difficulties with the keys and door locks. I have an excellent service person Alec that I hope to speak to soon. Finally the interior shows finger prints on controls

Car is fun to drive for sure. Great mpg on highways, but city driving even in ECO mode is really bad. Overall a pleasure to drive!!

Love the Vehicle, NOT THE DEALER!!

I love my GV70 but once I signed and drove off, the dealership wiped their hands clean of me in resolving my issues. I had to come back in to have the clearcoat done and asked for a dealership for a loaner because I live quite a distance away. They gave me a dirty GV80 with no gas and the dealer tag was in rearview window but could not be seen because of the window tint. I had scratches that needed to be taken care of...still nothing! My GV70 has not updated and the apple carplay was supposed to become wireless with the update. Still nothing! I have to disconnect the carplay by cord when talking on the phone because it sounds like I am in a hole. I have been driving Cadillace vehicles for the last few years and NEVER EVER have I been treated this poorly. Communication is HORRIBLE!

Almost there

Don’t like that gas pedal is much higher than gas. Always stopping short. Can’t move seat back farther because then I can’t reach gas pedal. Need more storage area in cockpit.
