Definitely a luxury feel and look at a fair price.

We've had the car for about 4-5 months now. Overall we are happy with the car. It is a higher end luxury car with lots of tech. The interior has very high quality finishes and looks and feels very high end. Very smooth and quiet ride. We have the 4 cylinder version and it is plenty quick with acceleration, however for my preference, the accelerator feels a but jumpy. There were some issues with the software and the app but this was resolved within the first 3 weeks. Our biggest complaint would be that it has a finger print recognition feature that can be annoying. The driver settings are programmed in this feature so when I drive the car after my wife has used it, the settings are pre-set for her. This means that when I turn on the care, the seats and mirrors automatically go to her settings which are much to cramped for me. I then have to change the driver profile with the finger print to get to my pre-sets. The finger print usually takes 2-3 tries to get it. This whole process can take up to 20 seconds from turn on to finally driving. You can drive the car without entering the finger print, but you won't have the presets automatic.

GV70 an exceptional value

My wife had a few non-negotiables on her next vehicle. The GV70 hit each of those and added features and options that are only found an "higher" end luxury makes and models. She has absolutely enjoyed every minute of owning her new GV70.

2025 GV70 3.5T Sport Advanced is awesome!👏

Outstanding performance; advanced technology everywhere you look;smooth, quiet ride; top-of-the-line interior luxury. Only 2 shortcomings. The infotainment control knob and the shift knob are the same size and too close together. I’ve also had a slight rattle behind the driver since the day I bought it. Occurs above 35 mph. I’ve tried numerous things, but can’t locate it. I’ll need to have my dealer investigate it at the next service.

Disappointed in car’s performance

I’m very disappointed in the car’s performance and it took 2+ weeks to get a service appointment. Also the controls on the monitor are not easy to excess and every time I start the car I have to reset it. The gas mileage is not good. The seats are very comfortable and ride is very smooth. It also a a roomy hatchback area. Great surround camera. However, I would not buy it again

Car is great on the road. Some of the controls for the features are located on the steering wheel and middle console. One place would be enough. Genesis navigation is not as good as Waze. Getting to Waze initially was not streamlined. And still need to sometimes locate carplay to initiate. Navigation should be as good if not better than other apps. Remote applications and notifications are wonderful.

Excellent vehicle. Need to fix the login issue

Every time you start the car, you need to confirm your profile, settings for radio etc. It often will take minutes to find my phone, let me log in. It’s probably a perfect car otherwise but this is a very annoying issue that occurs literally every time you drive. I have three stars because this is self inflicted and could be easily resolved with a software fix.

A truly great car for the money

we love our new GV-70. Just took it on a 2,500 mile road trip and it was a pleasure to drive. Rides smoothly on the highway, with plenty of power to pass on 2 lane roads. Climate controls are easy to operate. Apple Car play integration could be better.

Lots of bells and whistles

Many features that I will never use but there are some that I miss from my Lincoln and Lexus. I miss the keypad on the door so I could lock my keys in the car and still get into the car. I miss the car automatically unlocking as I walk towards it and I miss being able to open the trunk without the keys in my possession. I don’t want to have to go into the car to unlock the trunk in order to load something into the trunk. Lastly, the drivers seat is uncomfortable, I feel like I’m sitting on a bar.

I enjoy driving the GV70. The purchase did not go smoothly and it took a while for the finance department to send a monthly invoice. I tried to make an appointment for my 1st oil change and couldn't get an appointment for two months. When the two months came they called and had to push it off another 2 months. I couldn't wait for my oil to be changed so I went to my local shop to get it done.
