Terrible customer service at Jenkins

Valet service was part of the package when we bought the car. Dealership misses appointments with no follow up. Scheduling appts has been a problem since we purchased the car in March (?) of 2024. Service greatly affects how I rate the car.

Great vehicle. Horrible support service and warranty repair. Will never own another Hyundai product. Best vehicle ever owned. No support, communication or discussion on warranty repair in first year of ownership. Embarrassing process and service.

Fantastic, but has transmision issues at low speeds between 20-25 MPH.

This vehicle checks all the boxes for style, performance and price! I would recommend to anyone.

My personal review…2024 GV70

Love the car. Only recommendation I have currently is for the vehicles with suede liner, around the sun visor there should be a leather trim or something that can be wiped clean if you get something on it while repositioning the visor. Women may get lipstick on her finger somehow or anything. Every day I fear getting it dirty🙂

Luxury vehicle for a small price

The Genesis GV70 has been a reliable, enjoyable vehicle to drive with ample legroom for all passengers as well as comfortable setting and amenities. Drives well in town and on the highway. The multiple cameras and other safety features provides for a feeling of safety and security.

Ok for younger drivers

Great car. As a senior citizen (69) the seats are not as comfortable as we would like. I guess we don’t have as much padding as we used to. There is more technology than we can figure out how to use. Gas mileage is only about 18 mpg.

Good but NOT Great

Owned for 12+ months....the HP is weak compared to equivalent high end vehicles and the headlights have significant condensation that MUST be replaced and is an inconvenience. The Bloomington MN Genesis service refused to admit they scratch up the new rims on the GV70 and told me it was my fault. The safety features are great but no Heads Up is surely ridiculous not to have as standard for the price. Will not purchase another Genesis
