Great car but poor dealerships

High quality SUV with better features for a lower price than the comparable BMW, Mercedes and Audi SUVs. The service at the dealership has not been very good. Originally was told that they would pick up my car for all routine service (including oil changes), but that happened 1 time. Now I have to drop it off and they don't give me a loaner. I have a Mercedes and had a Jaguar and both of these provided loaner cars for service. When it was serviced (Framingham MA) they didn't upload the information, reset the car or wash it. It was a pain for several months .

GV70 Sport

I am enjoying my first Genesis. It is equipped well, sporty looking and has excellent pick up for a V6. The gas mileage is very good I’m getting 22-25 miles to the gallon in stop and go traffic. It is very quiet on the road. The technology package is top notch. I would recommend it to my friends and family.

Great Car

It has met all my expectations for this car The technology on this car is first class and is relatively easy to learn and use It is a joy to drive and is quick to move. My wife drives the car also and loves the technology especially the cameras that a 360 degree view.

2024 GV70. This 270 Character minimum is annoying. I should be able to type as much as I want. You can add this the the CONS. So here is some random info, just to meet your ridiculous requirement for you to ignore or publish for no good reason. Stick to making cars instead of wasting my time.

Good vehicle horrible dealership network

Nice looking vehicle, comfortable and runs like it should. Build quality could have been better but have definitely seen worse. The biggest problem I have with this vehicle is the dealer network. Dealer network is a nightmare, probably to sole reason I won't buy another Genesis. When we purchased the vehicle we had a dealership 15 minutes away they lost the franchise for whatever reason and went back to selling just Hyundai. The next closest one was an hour away after about 8 months later that one lost the franchise as well. Now the closest one is about 2.5 hours away. You can't trust that they will be there to do service and warranty work after purchase so I would be skeptical of buying a Genesis for that reason alone.

The SUV is Good Looking & it gives you a comfortable ride

Wish all four doors locked & unlocked electrically. Genesis Should have adaptive headlights on all their vehicles. The drivers seat should move back every time the driver side door is opened. I find the electronics to be a bit finicy. Gasoline mileage is very poor.

The only item that is a negative is the fuel mileage All else has been great, no problems at all ,excellent handling, it is comfortable for 4 people to travel in and I have had no complaints from those in the back seats. They love the ride. Very good visibility at night

Fantastic.

I love my Genesis. The ride is smooth and seamless. The matte finish is amazing. I get compliments on it almost every time I am out. I plan to have this GV70 for many years to come. I can’t imagine driving a different car. After over a year of owning it, I still admire it as I walk up to it. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle.

Not a expert on automobiles but I like it very much but too new and too few miles to know what the true value is. It will be two years old in august and we only have 9000 miles on it.250 characters and this is the first one we have owned .Please ask these questions in another 8 years.

Not reliable!

It’s had transaxle repairs done and now probably an engine rebuild or replacement. All within 1.5 years. Under 20k miles. Been in shop since February. Communication into Genesis dealer is subpar. Communication out of dealer is poor. Inside dealer is one of the best.

Excellent style and reliability

Issues with text messages being received in that if the radio screen is on a text message will not appear on the screen although I’ll hear the ring . Have to keep it on Home Screen to see messages while driving . Wasn’t that way when I got the car but with updates it changed . Also , was not told that the vehicle needed premium gas . Overall a very good vehicle.

MY GV 70 IS AMAZING

I spent my time looking at Lincoln, Mercedes, GMC, AUDI for a mid sized suv. They were all the same to me until I sat in a Genesis Gv70. I instantly fell in love with the vehicle even before I took it for a test drive at the dealer. I wanted a vehicle with some power and light towing capacity. The 3.5 twin turbo is exciting to drive. The safety features and technology in this vehicle is amazing. It is a bit pricey but well worth a few extra bucks. I went for the top of the line with all the bells and whistles and never looked back. This is my first foreign made vehicle I have ever owned but have driven them all. I am a retired auto wholesaler and have been around vehicles all of my life. I will be releasing a new 2027 GV70 when my current lease is up.

If had yo buy one again i would because it ride amazing. I would tell anyone that tjis one of the best suv for the price i pay for. The security is the best i ever seen. It one the fastest 2.5 engine i ever drove. It very good on gas i would recommend to anyone.

Excellent great SUV fun to drive.

I’ve had a lot of vehicles in my life, but my GV 70 twin turbo sport model 2024 is probably my favorite car that I’ve ever owned. A minimum of 250 words is a little crazy. I really have nothing more to say. I’m just trying to get the 250 words. I’m just about there. There we go I made it.Lol

My 2024 GV70 Prestige is a joy to drive but has some shortcomings

I enjoy driving my 2024 GV70 Prestige. It has good power and performance. The front seats are comfortable, but the second-row seating is very small and uncomfortable. The handling is good and responsive with quick acceleration and nice breaking. The front license plate bracket needs to be improved to allow for the upper and lower 2 bolt holes to be attached to the bracket. The car wash brushes tear the license plate and the dealer's license cover off the car. This requires me to use only touchless car wash facilities.

Love it

The purchase experience was excellent—no pressure, and our salesperson went above and beyond to ensure we were happy, even delivering the car to us two hours away.
