I like the design, color, uniqueness in its class.

I alway discover something new about the car. It contours to your body. Took my first road trip and it was the best drive. The ride was smooth and comfortable for my passengers and me. It turns heads looks like a Porsche from the back. Reliable and luxurious vehicle

Love My Car

This car checked every box better than BMW or Mercedes when we bought it. We still love it. It's a dream to drive. The sound systems is great. When on long trips the driver seat will actually give you a little massage to ensure you are aware of your surroundings. What's not to love?

Nice car

Enjoying the car despite several minor annoyances. Nice ride, not great gas mileage, but not horrible either. 3rd Genesis. Have seen very significant price increases and unfortunately, expecting more. Car may become too expensive. Dealer service is outstanding.

It has been a good car

The car is beautiful. The interior doors have had a problem with peeling at the handle. The material is not good and needs to be replaced with something more durable for a handle that gets a lot of handling. Everything else seems to be doing well.

I like my GV70 but I don't love it

The interior lights are way too dim. Makes it very hard to look for things in the car at night. The car isn't as quick on the uptake as I would like. I thought it would have more pep from a stop light. I do like the looks of the car and all the technology it has to offer.

love the car but not the radio control

I love the car, but I don't like that I can't control the radio immediately upon starting the car. Sometimes there is quite a delay before I am asked to confirm the warning and then need to dial to radio. Also, after going in reverse it is quite a delay before I have access to the screen.

The GV 70 Exceeds Expectations

I’m happy with my purchase of the GV 70. It offers a great balance of performance and comfort. Surprisingly quiet and great styling. The recent upgrade of wireless Apple Car Play has been great. The 2.5L engine is very adequate. The car is quick and fun to drive.

Nice design details, comfort and reliable performance. Needing some updating for more user friendly screen technology. Fingerprint recognizing needs improvement. Needs audible (horn) notice when locking doors. Garage opener to be able to use when vehicle is off.

My Genesis experience

My GV70 Genesis is an amazing vehicle. I traded my BMW X3 in for it with no regrets! I truly love the interior and exterior. What I really love about my Genesis is that it has so many safety features built in it. For instance, when backing up if you dont first see any objects behind you and you proceed to back up and all of a certain a car is coming, my Genesis comes to a screeching halt on its on and when I think its safe to move to another lane on the highway and I don't see the car coming, my Genesis starts to vibrate and make noise and even pulls in the opposite direction as to keep me from having a wreck. The Genesis vehicles truly do not want to be wrecked. What a smart vehicle. I will always remain in the Genesis family. I'm coming for the GV80 next.

The Best Vehicle that have ever had in my 69 years

I can stay without reservation that my Genesis GV 70 was the best vehicle that I ever owned in my 69 years. Body style, interior refinement, including its very unique dashboard and airplane wing look on its right side. The controls were thoughtfully placed and the infotainment center was intuitive. The seats were extremely comfortable and very supportive. The black exterior on my GV 70 paired beautifully with just the right shade of the red interior with soft Nappa leather appointments, and mesh weave seating areas. The amount of standard equipment blew Mercedes and BMW away. The 2.5 L engine was smooth and quick mated with an 8 speed automatic transmission that was smooth as silk. BMW and Mercedes should fear this automobile. I have owned several Cadillacs, 2 BMWs, an Acura and a Lexus over the years. Even considering the fact that one cannot directly compare a vehicle from previous decades because of the quantum leaps in engineering and technology, I have no doubt that Genesis has hit a home run with their lineup. As an aside, I traded it because of the electrical issues that I had a great deal of trouble getting remedied and the fact that I had moved from St. Louis back to our home town of Jefferson City, Missouri, and having a horse I needed something more practical. It was the most difficult decision on trading a vehicle and purchasing a new one that I had ever made. Thomas D Robbins, MD

Love the design, but poor build quality in interior, causing squeaks.

Squeak noise in the front dashboard area has been stressing me out for over an year. I have been going to Genesis service multiple times for this and the Genesis technician cannot fix the problem. The technician 'confirms' the the squek noise is no longer there, but the squeak can be heard right away going back home from the dealer.

Love the look but it comes with glitches

I really like the car in general but it was in the shop for weeks when I first got it and I had to bring it back to the dealer multiple times before they finally fixed the issue. The sensors are a bit glitchy. Sometimes they are way too sensitive and sometimes not enough.

Had some problems

My car made a high pitched noise above 75 mph. No one believed me; took it in 3 different times and I was being dismissed by the supervisor until my husband came with me then the supervisor did a further dig and on the 4th time the noise issue was finally fixed. It angered me that they did not take me serious until my husband showed up.
