Best Car I have ever owned!!

I have had pretty much every brand of luxury vehicle. I like nice cars. This Genesis GV70 is without a doubt my favorite. It has the sleek looks I love with a bit of sport as well as the performance and comfort. I am asked frequently about my car and I am always happy to share my love for this car!!

Love my GV 70

I had the opportunity to purchase a new car. I looked at the Porsche and the Genesis. The Genesis handled better and had more options. I particularly like the GV 70 for the sloping trunk section. The drive/ride is very comfortable. The only complaint is that it does love gas, but that's what you get with a high performance turbo, I guess.

Quality Vehicle with Too Many Alerts

The car is reliable and enjoyable to drive, but there's a delay between pressing the pedal and the car's response and that split second can be scary, especially when merging. Also, the car beeps and dings all the time. Always alerting me of something or another, and I never know what it's trying to tell me.

Fix the Software Issues

The car handles great and the seating is comfortable. The vehicle gets an overall rating of average due to the never ending software updates that delete features that came with the car. The first one being the ability to replay or pause a song on the radio. I contacted customer service and Genesis had no idea was I was talking about. There were also background sounds that you could choose using the theme settings, which also magically disappeared. Most recently there was an audio update and now I cannot talk on the phone using the vehicle's sound system since no one can clearly hear me. I have been told that it sounds like I am in a wind tunnel.
