Mixed review

I like the look of the vehicle and the comfort. Turning ratio is clunky and for me one of the biggest drawbacks. Also my first service experience was horrendous - a recall and I had to wait weeks for appointment - was this a safety hazard during those weeks?!! Then I had to wait in a crowded waiting area, with the Hyundai owners. My other vehicle is a Mercedes and my source of comparison. Unfortunately Genesis comes up short in the service experience. My next service will be valet and hopefully an improvement.

So far, reliable and comfortable vehicle. Acceleration and braking excellent. Suspension is a compromise between handling and comfort. Sport mode advised for more throttle response. Interior is very nice and upscale. Exterior styling is outstanding.

The vehicle demonstrates exceptional qualities, encompassing both interior design and driving dynamics. The unfavorable experience with the dealer has led me to reconsider recommending this brand or leasing another new vehicle in the future. The combination of Hyundai and Genesis dealerships without an improvement in service quality appears to be an unfortunate decision.

Moms car

No issues with vehicle itself. Only issue was a manufacturing cosmetic miscue. There was a strip of black chrome on one back quarter panel when all the rest were silver. Since the piece itself could not simply be replaced, they had to redo the whole quarter panel, including paint. The paint kid had flaws and, to this date it has not been rectified.
