Overall love, but glitchy software

Love the size of this car and it has great pickup. The software can be glitchy at times and this is SUPER frustrating. Examples include: 1. Not all the doors unlock so when I go back to my car after being in the house for a minute all doors (except driver) are locked. And YES, I have the system set up to unlock all doors when it goes in park. Even the dealer can't figure it out. 2. The bluetooth quality is awful 3. Sometimes the display goes dark while I am driving 4. Sometimes when I try to make a call, the screen tells me this function is not available while I am on the phone. yet I am not on the phone. Somehow the car thinks my phone is in use and it is not. I have to stop my car, turn it off and restart. Very frustrating issues. 4. No way to display radio/music and maps at same time Fun, zippy car, but not comfortable for long rides.

Weird happenings

When you turn air on from back seat it blows out thru the front of vehicle, sometimes you turn car on Apple play is there sometimes not ! Recently I got in vehicle-it was like all systems shut down -I had to reset things some things can’t reset -the middle screen is a vehicle in lines -I can’t get any other info like -,speed , direction , I’m in naples the service center is not good !-when I bought car they promised-they will give loaner ,or pick it up -the 3 times I waited over a month for my service appointment so I’d get a loaner -they text day before to state none available-so I had my own ride home -when I picked up there was a charge for loaner -sending back to company as mine is still included

I'm extremely happy with my vehicle. My only complaint is the "fingerprint" requirement to input upon starting the vehicle, either for myself or other drive. It NEVER works, so I have to input my 4-digit pin instead. It's ridiculous to have to do this every time I start the car.

Terrible experience form a die-hard fan

I love Genesis, I chose the 3.5 GV70 sport prestige to be my first luxury SUV and wanted to stick with Genesis going forward, likely getting the GV80 and coupe after the GV70. Now though, i am very much in doubt that i want to stick with the brand, and i say that with a very heavy heart. I was unfortunate enough to deal with many issues with the gv70, starting with a leaky sunroof that made a very loud noise to a rattling noise that is driving me crazy every time i step into that cursed vehicle. Those issues are well documented in your records so there is no need to delve into how disappointed i was given the terrible dealership experiences i had with the multiple appointments and months upon months of the vehicle being in the dealership only to be returned to me WITH THE ISSUE NOT BEING FIXED. I am still struggling with the rattling noise, and still nobody could figure it out. The vehicle is still in the dealership ( week 6 as of the time of writing this!!) and i dont think they will figure it out. At this rate, i might as well be leasing the loaners of those dealerships as opposed to the GV70 i worked so hard to get ( dont even get me started on the quality of the loaners i was given, such as a base G70 that is far inferior to my GV70 and is so small, i had to cancel multiple family vacations as my baby did not fit well into the back seat with the carseat and stroller in the trunk). Genesis was kind enough to compensate me but i just wanted to write this review to let you know that this experience has been and still is horrible and i, as a costumer, have went from being very excited to place an order for a gv80 coupe to one that can not wait to get out of the lease so i can look somewhere else.

Too many problems too soon!

Too many issues for a new vehicle with less than 10k miles. Both headlights replaced, sunroof alignment off, and now a constant squeaking noise.
