Love the car. Service and parts departments is a nightmare!
The car is great overall. The only part I do not like is the infotainment system. It is too complicated and too intertwined. Hard to use Apple Car Play.
As for dealership service and parts, I have visited 3 different dealers. You can not get the concierge service to come out to you unless you book months in advance (this was one of the selling points when you go to buy the car). All dealers are disorganized, unresponsive and require multiple follow up calls. Parts take several months to come in. It's very hard to get a loaner when you take your car in for service. I have even dealt with the corporate office, who was a disappointment as well.
