Car is good, everything else is mediocre
The car itself is very good, it offers a entry level luxury car experience at a competitive price. I like the look and feature it offers.
However, that can't be said on the ownership experience. The buying experience is poor, the sale process is drawn out and lots of high pressure sale tactics.
The car supposed to have dealer picking up the car and dropping it off for service, but in practice it's hard to use so it's simpler to drive it to the dealership.
The free service don't even include cheap item like changing engine air filter, which the dealer charges $500 for a 1 minute job.
None of these help to give the impression genesis is a luxury brand.
