Great car marred by poor connected services software and support

The car is comfortable, quiet, and well appointed. It's sporty and attractive. It has a surprising amount of interior room, more than you'd expect from the outside. The only reason that I would have trouble recommending this vehicle is that connected services feature seems buggy. My profile has never sync'd between the car, phone, and website. The phone app shows the correct data, but not the car or website. This causes other features not to work. This has been going on for 4 months now and connected services support can't fix it. Worse, I have to contact them for updates every 2 weeks. (There are none.) This is not the level of service that a luxury car manufacturer should be providing.

Great care. Had a G90 which was a beautiful, perfect car. The GV 60 is also a great vehicle for 1/2 the price.

We like the design and elegant looks. It portrays high quality.

We enjoy the quietness of the vehicle, the luxurious interior, and the many safety features. It has a great sound system. I wish it had a front-view camera for parking.

One of the best cars I’ve ever owned!

I do have anxiety on the loss oss power in the 12v battery. It has been in the shop twice for the issue. Fortunately I have the best dealer ever and they went out of their way to help me with the issue. Store manager John Brewer is outstanding.

The GV60 has met my expectations very well. Few surprises positive or negative. It looks and performs like a luxury car. The only item I find irritating is the constant onslaught of beeps, warning sounds and visual warnings. Sometimes they are reasonable but a majority of the times they are inexplicable. An example, when I back out of a parking space with plenty of space right and left to the other cars I get constant fast beeps. They start the moment I select Reverse and do not stop until I clear the front of the car with the back of the left side car. No help here and actually a hindrance.

Luxurious power

I have had my 2025 GV60 for about 3 months and so far I like it a lot. It’s very easy to drive and gets noticed. It’s very ho on basic everyday day city driving , but not so great on the road. Does not get the mileage per charge as advertised and we had to stop 2 times to go 325 miles to the beach which normally is a 5 hour drive, but took over 6. I wish my vehicle came with a Tesla adapter because finding working fast charging stations was a challenge.

Luxury comfort with overly complicated technology

The car is comfortable and feels like a luxury vehicle. It drives very well and has a smooth ride. The different drive modes and regenerative braking levels are fantastic. The dash and heads-up display are great. The rest of the technology is cumbersome and difficult to scroll through, and lacks features and personalization. It also significantly lacks storage space compared to other EVs that have more space in the front trunk and/or under the cargo liner

Very poor mileage and incomplete update

Would not lease again based on my experience to date. Extremely poor mileage. The over air updates are consistently not completed. Customer support is like asking a college student to google and watch videos to provide you with guidance. Seriously poor service.
