There are a lot of things to like about the GV60 such as comfort and looks, but there are a lot of things that detract, the main one being the user interface of the car's system. The best word for the interface is obtuse -- coming from a Tesla Model 3, the GV60 interface is complicated and difficult to master. Really complicated and difficult. It also requires action when none should be necessary. My biggest pet peeve is that requiring several steps to leave the car when you park (put in park, turn off car, open door, close door, lock door) if you forgot that last one - lock door - it will leave the car unlocked and with those door handles that fan out, it's like having a sign on the car that says "I'm open; take a look." All this was done automatically in the Tesla. It's very frustrating because the capability is in the car to do this -- just lock the darn car 15 seconds when fob is not detected -- but this is not implemented. Note: the app will tell you that the car is unlocked after several minutes but you had better notice this notification in the app and not be otherwise distracted.
Another good example (especially compared to the Tesla) is the camera feature to monitor your surroundings when parked. My god. In the Tesla this was seamless and you'd get a nice camera feed and keep it up as long as you wanted. In the GV60? Well, you get just some one snapshot pictures from each of the cameras - no live video - and there is a limit on how many of these you can request in one day (4-5 I think).
I also perplexed why the car makes no attempt to connect to my home wifi. Why? Some of these features would be easier to do via wifi but it has no capability to connect.
Frustrating.
