View Back After One Year

I really love my G-80 and enjoy driving it every day. I have some trouble ergonomically; the rear view mirror seems set too low and I have to slouch forward and dip my head to see behind me. I am taller than average (6'1") but all in my legs (normal torso length). Oddly my legs are quite comfortable with plenty of room.

2017 G80 Driving Experience

I have tested the Lexus ES 350, Acura TLX, AND THE iNFINITY Q SERIES-- ALL OF WHICH ARE FINE LUXURY VEHICLES. hOWEVER, WHEN DOING A DOLLAR COST AVERAGE--FOR COMFORT, RELIABILITY AND A TRULY SMOOTH RIDE EXPERIENCE-- THE G80 IS A VEHICLE TO SERIOUSLY CONSIDER. FURTHER, IF YOU LIVE IN SOUTH OC CA- AND WANT EVEN A BETTER DRIVING EXPERIENCE THEN I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ASKING FOR EITHER KEVIN OR FRANK AT TUSTIN HYUNDAI

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE-DO NOT KEEP THEIR WORD

The dealer doesn't honor or provide the valet service that was supposed come with the purchase of the car. I spoke to the General Manager and he explained that Hyundai WILL NOT be honoring the valet service and that they would NOT be able to provide me a similar type complimentary loaner vehicle AT ALL. This is completely unacceptable!!! This was a 15,000 mile service and they never removed the wheels to rotate my tires. The mechanic documented on the inspection checklist that he checked the brake shoes which is impossible to do without removing the wheels. Service at this dealership is and has always been totally unsatisfactory. I've bought my last four brand new cars from Hyundai, the last three from this particular dealership and I assure you it will NOT happen again. I know realize why BMW and Mercedes service far surpasses that of Hyundai and Genesis. Buying a Genesis, I thought I was moving up to a better more exclusive type brand and the service would be commensurate with the more luxurious Genesis line. Boy was I wrong!!!! Extremely disappointed customer.

My Second Genesis

My lease expired on a 2015 Genesis. Before eventually leasing a year end 2017 model, I checked out several other makes and models but found the Genesis to be the best value by far.

best car even owned

This is my second genesis. The improvements of the 2017 over my previous one purchased in 2011 are significant but I was very happy with the old car to begin with.. 2017 is much quieter and has a mire stability ride and feeling of a luxury car on the road. great acceleration for a 6 cylinder engine. The value for price paid for the Genesis G80 model is the best in the auto business. I will be back to buy another in a few years.
