Back up camera!

My backup camera was not working so I went to my Ford dealer. They thought they fixed it but lo and behold they couldn’t. They said they would order me the parts, but it would take a really, really really long time a few weeks later I was having some work done on my car and the auto body shop replaced the camera. A few months later, I get a letter from Ford saying that that part for the back up camera was recalled. I tried to get reimbursed and they will not do it very disappointed as I have always driven Fords.

Let it out of the barn too early !

Great machine except for the front end/suspension ! Roomy, I allways tell people it's like driving your couch but if you know it's capabilities it will perform for you. Lets hope this last set of struts help it.

Fords loss

I truly think Ford missed out on the market by not promoting the FLEX. I’m on my second one and still loving the combination of comfort, utility and great milage compared to its other SUV models. For its size you can’t argue with 23 mpg hwy. On a recent long trip I recorded 28.6 mpg. “Say what explorer”. Lol. Long live the flex.

My Flex is everything you could ask for.

The Flex all wheel drive is everything you ask for in an all season family vehicle. The handling in all types of weather is comfortable for driver and passengers as well. When you need to carry large amounts of supplies or passengers this car fills the serv.

Excellent vehicle

The Flex is an overall excellent vehicle. The most comfortable vehicle I've driven in 45 years. Great gas mileage for a larger vehicle. Enough space for everyone. Handles fantastic and drives through anything.

Not my first Flex.

I really live this model car. The only reason I traded my first Flex was it was only two wheel drive. This one is all wheel drive as is needed in North Idaho. The only thing that must be paid attention to is the tires. The ones that came on it were AWFUL,

Fords lost gem

I’ve driven many autos throughout my driving lifetime. And with most newly married starting a family couples I found the need for a larger vehicle. From pulling the camper to hauling materials it needed to be versatile. I went the station wagon route. Then I upgraded to a suburban. Great SUV but not good mpg. Then I tried a vehicle called a Ford Flex. I fell in love. Roomy,comfortable and with fwd I was cruising down the highway at 24-25 mpg. Unheard of in my suburban. I’m on my second one. An awd model. Down to 20-21mpg highway but I don’t have to worry about the snow on our ski trips. Classy roomy and a hell of a lot better looking and easier in and out than a mini van for older folks. It’s sad that Ford didn’t promote this vehicle more aggressively. It’s a lost gem of a car in my opinion.

FLEX Meets Our Needs

I can have seven passengers and still have room to store a wheel chair. The interior design provides the space required for my utilization. The vehicle drives very well with comfort. We finally got a red vehicle.
