ared and sent to me correctly and on time. I would do business again.
One area for improvement is communication: I was never able to get anyone on the phone. Email responses stopped when I wired the money. Responses to my messages were sporadic and delayed. They did was what needed to be done and without delay, but there was some anxiety created by the lack of communication.

We finally found a car after months of searching. I felt that Phillip Barber and staff was very trans

Had scheduled an appointment to take care of a recall, when engine issues reared their ugly heads. D
ropped the car off, and was in contact with the dealership for most of the cars stay there. Staff did their best to keep me posted on the status of the repair, and vehicle was restored to operating condition.

When I had questions about some of the recommended services which are due because of the milage and age of my Vue, Megan flagged down the service technician passing by. At the end of his day this guy went out of his way to pull up images on his laptop to show and explain the importance for performing one of the more expensive services recommended. AS USUAL, helpful! Thank you so much for the oil change, care for my care, and some laughs...and keep up the great work Megan!
