Yesterday almost 3.5hrs left to our destination we experienced hesitation while driving. found J&R
pull in to their shop full of cars and they came right out to assist us. I wasn't certain they could assist us but was 100% wrong. They diagnosed the problem in 15min. fixed the problem in less than 3hrs ( that included parts delivery 1hr for or A8 Audi) we we back on the road!! And did I mention they were very welcoming and funny. thank gentlemen and be blessed!!
