Honest service
Anytime I’m in need of repair, Joe takes the time to discuss the problem and a plan. If it’s something they don’t work on he is upfront and honest. All repairs he has done for me have been excellent and efficient timing.
I recommend Cape Ann Auto to everyone, you won’t be disappointed 😎

Excellent local auto shop with great service and friendly people!
Previously I have gotten new tires, brakes, and general maintenance. I recently had a warped rotor and Joe was able to fix it for me under warranty and squeeze in an oil change for me before I had to head on a long drive out of town. Robbin at the front desk is lovely and my 2014 Highlander purrs like a kitten! Thanks guys!

Best Service!
The staff was very professional and extremely courteous. They went above and beyond in servicing my vehicles. They did a beautiful job as well with the body work on my van after a deer strike. Everything was done in an incredibly timely matter. I couldn’t be happier! Thank you Cape Ann Auto Body!

Car repair after accident
I gave them 5 stars for the work done and the friendly staff. Also for the convenience of leaving my rental car there which they arranged for the return which saved me time. The only thing I had an issue with which I almost gave 4 stars instead was that they left a plastic piece from my car along with some plastic trash bags in the back seat. Otherwise I would recommend them.

Cape Ann Auto provided quick service for a routine oil change. The mechanic clearly explained upcoming auto service needed and provided an estimate. I highly recommend them for any auto needs...very accommodating and efficient.

Needed a new water pump, belt and tensioner for my Highlander . Cape Ann did a great job of diagnosing, communicating status, and coming in at their estimate price. Bonus for leaving me with an exceptionally clean car with a free cleaning.

Very satisfied !! Great service
My father took his mercedes benz to get body work done. He was very satisfied the way it came out . He also told me that the ower is a nice and trust worthy person. He recommended Cape Ann auto. To do the mechanical work on my Tahoe. I got my oil change and a complete break job. They also detailed my car when then were done . I recommend Cape Ann Auto. Thank you !!!

I moved to Cape Ann, and this is my go-to for Auto Body service
I have found over the years that there are times when I need help from a reliable auto body shop. Things happen. I had my first repair need since I recently moved to the Cape Ann area, and I had a great experience with Cape Ann auto body. The key is that I can trust them for quality and price. I had a place I trusted in Sudbury MA... and am thankful that I was able to find this shop quickly following my move.
