I bought a new to me suv & I wanted to have it checked out before a long trip. I didn't bother callin
g anywhere else but the folks at Derus got me in right away & we chatted about traveling. He didn't try to upsale or say I needed things just bcuz he wanted more money. They went through & inspected the suv. Good to go. Went in paid & chatted a bit more. Definitely a great experience & appreciate that they were able to give me a peace of mind for my trip.

ost of all the respect they all give this grandma and her older car. My landlord recommended them when I moved to U City. He said his widowed mom loved them and I would too. He was right. And I can honestly tell you I was one of four women in their spacious waiting area this morning. I hadn’t even finished my coffee before my car was ready.
Also I just want to add… I keep asking them if I need new tires. So far the answer is always “not yet.” How about that!
