I had a positive experience getting my tire patched. Sergio at the front desk was friendly and helpf
ul. The process took about 45 minutes one early weekday morning.
Make sure that you ask them to reset the tire pressure monitor if you have one as they did not do this automatically, but they helped me do it prior to leaving.

After 5 years, I have zero complaints about their level of expertise, professionalism, courtesy and m
ost of all the respect they all give this grandma and her older car. My landlord recommended them when I moved to U City. He said his widowed mom loved them and I would too. He was right. And I can honestly tell you I was one of four women in their spacious waiting area this morning. I hadn’t even finished my coffee before my car was ready.
Also I just want to add… I keep asking them if I need new tires. So far the answer is always “not yet.” How about that!
