The pricing was fair, and the work was done on time. Bonus: their “no mansplaining” policy is real—I finally felt respected at a repair shop. The oil change process is finicky. Put the car on a lift. Removal of the engine under tray, to includ
e clips and screws. Use OEM oil, filter and new plug. Vehicle inspected and good to go.
