Spaced out and missed my oil change appointment for Tuesday, but Wayne worked me in and took care of
it along with an electrical issue today (Thursday). Wayne is sooo knowledgeable, and has a great crew working for him. Been going to Hodge Garage for 25 years and won't go anywhere else unless they refer me.

t Royal, and he immediately recommended I check the battery and clear any corrosion. I did that, and my car started right away. I later took it to him to give it a good clean & to tighten the loose connection.

Went in for an oil change, was informed that there were issues with my brakes. I know nothing about c
ars, so Mike invited me into the garage to view first-hand what was going on, and what he and his team look for routinely. That's compassionate customer service!
Granted, this is about a year after someone crashed my car and I asked Mike to put it on his lift to tell me what I needed to restore safe driving. He could have rattled off a littany of work that would have padded the business nicely, but he didn't. He and I worked on a long-term service plan to keep my aging car in good health as long as possible.
I consider Mike a partner in keeping my car in good working order. He has more than adequately held up this arrangement over the years, and I'm grateful for it.

Really great service from beginning to end, gave me detailed pricing and timing information from the
beginning, took my car in same day for an oil leak issue and got it back a little while later. Really kind and knowledgeable individuals, called me with updates, sent itemized bill to my email, will definitely be back.
