Never but never had a problem , honest and dependable mr. Bob is deceased now but I would take my car
by creel tire on my way to work , he would take me to work keep my car do what was needed and come pick me up when I got off then I would take him back to his office, I can see why they won best of the pee Dee, Thanks, Walton, Richard and all there staff for being honest with your customers !!!!

Things don’t always go as planned, but the true test of quality customer service is the response to a
problem. I had such an issue with an after repair job, but the guys reacted and corrected the problem quickly and correctly. (It was a part failure not workmanship) No BS you get from dealers or chain repair facilities.
