I purchased four new tires and an alignment. My two front tires wore uneven. I returned for rotatio
n and they replaced tires and I got a new alignment. Sometimes things happen, and they made it right, apologized and worked around my skedule to take care of my car. Great group of guys and very friendly! I will be back for my next set of tires and repairs.

After leaving New York, my son and his college buddies broke down in Nashville. They had no idea wher
e to take our van and they stumbled across Simpson's Auto. What a find, Jim took care of them like they were his own kids. He got a new driveshaft put on it and had it ready to go when they came back through from Florida.
