I was scheduled to have my snow tires put on Monday. Sunday morning with the weather forecast calling
for snow that day, Jeff Bethman calls me and says, “come in today before it snows”. They are closed on Sundays, but he came in to put my snow tires on! That’s outstanding customer service.
