ntment was easy to schedule and my car was in within a day. Car with 150,000+ miles is now running like new. Only feedback is that it did take two requests to get the updated estimate sent to me, and I did not receive the AAA discount after presenting my card at check out. The discount was acknowledged, and a new receipt was printed, but the total price was the same. When I asked about the discount, I was told it was added.

ut he handled the call compassionately and tactfully! I was leaving for a long road trip with my horses and wanted my truck looked over before I left and SURPRISE! They worked hard to put their hands on a new turbo for my truck - didn’t seem a annoyed when I called to follow up the following Monday and my truck was sent to me to put some miles away n it before they looked at fluids and put more miles before my big haul
Brian also took a moment to show me how to use a feature on my truck to try and help clean out the turbo and make the new one last longer

I was at the beginning of a 12-hour drive, with a flight to catch at the end, when my alternator and
battery went out. It was early morning, and when I called Joel, he got me in quickly so I could get back on my way to Colorado. He was kind, professional, and HONEST! As a woman traveling alone, it’s good to know that I’m getting honest treatment and a good deal. If I lived in Montclair, Joel’s automotive would be my first choice.
