Pay for what you get!!!
If you’re looking for Quality and someone to repair your car but not repair things that don’t need done you picked the right spot. I’ve been going here for 15 years and I completely trust this automotive shop with all my automotive needs if it needs to be fixed they fix it, after they call you never pressure into getting anything done that does not need done. Warranty Works
When my water pump went last year, it was more expensive than most car repair because of the engine design. Xpertech mechanic apologized for the outrageous expense. Nothing we could do about it but paid the amount. Within a year the water pump started leaking again. Being under warranty, Xpertech took care of everything with no expense to me. They even chanced the oil without charging. I call that integrity.

Diagnosed Vexing A/C Problem
I had a vexing issue with my Infiniti Q50
A/C. XPerTech diagnosed the issue as being one that Infiniti had a technical bulletin about and the parts have been ordered so the problem can be fixed. I’m impressed that they figured it out and excited to finally have the issue addressed.

Quickest, North Carolina state and emissions inspections around!!!
No matter how busy, they always get NC safety and emissions done incredibly quickly. I wish they inspected motorcycle.
