Awesome!!!
Xpertech has always exceeded our expectations. Phone/desk staff are super friendly, we get updates with new estimates, and told right away when the car is done. Prices are super reasonable, work is excellent, everyone is very honest and upfront. Without exaggeration, the best place I have ever used for car repair. We live 30 minutes away and I'll still use and recommend Xpertech! Keep up the good work!

On Task, On Time
During a very busy time, customers coming and going with questions and appointments, my car was checked and inspected and returned to me in good condition. Had a great time listening to customers in the waiting area who had been Xpertech customers (2 of them!) from its very beginning with Kevin! Loyalty speaks volumes about good customer care!!

Front end
I have gone to xpertech twice; both times for an oil change and this last time for an oil change and tail light check. Both times, the front end person was dismissive and not personable at all. Having been in the customer service business, I understand that the person who greets you or tends to your initial need is the "Director of First Impressions" as we called them. Neither time did I have a good first impression, but the techs were awesome. I had the issue with my tail light fully explained and even asked to report back in a couple of weeks.

Xpertech is my wife’s and my go-to for our Toyota and Subaru. The people on the front desk are so helpful, the mechanics do good work, and Kevin roams around with everything it seems in his head troubleshooting and motivating!

Great job
Liked the quickness of getting my car fixed….but for some strange reason the airbag light still comes on , you’re either not open or I’m too far away . It’s not all the time though
