If I could give this place negative stars, I would. This body collision shop is an absolute disaster—rude, unprofessional, and borderline criminal in how they operate. Let me break down the nightmare:
First, the customer service is atrocious. The interactions I had with Kyle, Su and Francis was indescribable. Every question I asked was met with sarcasm or completely ignored. Kyle made a smart remark when I said I was going to be taking my car to another body shop and said “well if your taking your car to a real body shop they’ll know what said document is”. When I tried to understand why I was being overcharged, I was talked down to like a child. Disgusting behavior. When asked for a legally binding document that gives them permission to hold on to my vehicle for services I didn’t ask for he repeatedly refused. When asked for a document that will release my vehicle to the new body shop the receptionist, said “I guess I’ll retrieve it from google for you”. In addition after receiving a notification from myhyuandi app that my vehicle’s door was unlocked at said time I called the body shop to ensure they weren’t continuing to work on my car after repeatedly telling them I no longer wanted to move forward with them. When I called the body shop and told the receptionist I have notifications sent to my phone, she said good for you… how rude!
Now for the real horror: they sent me someone else’s private information, including their VIN number, phone number and even their home address.That’s a MASSIVE breach of privacy and shows how careless and sloppy this place is. I wouldn’t trust them with a bicycle, let alone a car. When I told Kyle I didn’t own a 2010 Ford Mustang he tried to go back and forth with me about how it was my car…
And then came the bill. They slapped on a $400 administration fee and when I asked for an explanation, they literally said it was for their receptionist “picking up the phone”. I thought it was a joke. It wasn’t. FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS just for answering a call?! For maybe the four times that I called and spoke for less than 5 minutes each time? What kind of scam are they running?
I was choosing to pay for my own repairs out of pocket just to avoid the hike in my insurance rate and they shamelessly saw that as an opportunity to exploit me. They clearly assumed that because I’m a young African American woman in this country, they could take advantage of me and my unfortunate situation without consequence. It’s disgusting, predatory, and completely unacceptable.
This place is a disgrace to the auto repair industry. They overcharge, violate customer privacy, and treat you like garbage. Save yourself the money, time, and stress— go anywhere else but here, I wish I had. I got into an accident where I was hit by an uninsured driver and they made matters completely worse! I believe they are extremely racist and prey on the minority community do not come here! I will make sure the world knows about the vile racism, revolting disrespect and shameless scamming this pathetic excuse for a company operates. They are a STAIN on the industry and have no business existing- they need to be shut down immediately and permanently!

I had a major accident and the tow truck dropped it at this place.. I had told them to not work on it and that I would call. They didn't care and started working on it. The truck stayed one night at the shop and I explained to them that I would take the truck and bring it back once insurance approved. But no morals and they charged dam near 1500 to get my truck back.. please be careful. At this place . Worst experience .thankfully I'll get my money reimbursed but be careful doing buisness at this shop

These people are SCAM artist
As I am reading some of the reviews on here we have had several of the same encounters. Andy the manager and Melissa the receptionist are THE biggest part of this con. My car was brought here in October to get fixed from a wreck i didnt recieve it back until February and that was after constant deman and being lied to day after day. It is now July and my car is still not fixed properly and although the work is not under warranty through state farm (Melissa conned me into keeping my car here and not going with State Farm)it is under warranty through World Tech but they are refusing to fix the problem because they are claiming, as stated by Andy "you must have gotten into an accident or somethin' Ms. Lindsey" that i don't rememer. Now that doesnt even make sense but these are the type of people running this shop.There is SO much to this story, I will be back to give more details but stay tuned to your local news in the meantime. and DO NOT SEND YOUR CAR HERE!!! Do not believe the good reviews either because they tried to bribe me on multiple occasions to write good reviews for them before I even got my car.

Broken Promises & Horrible Service!
I work for State Farm for 9 years and I’ve never had to deal with a body shop this bad EVER!
My friend TRUSTED ANDY (guy with braids also the manager) who came to our office and said that he will take care of her vehicles who were involved in an accident in ICE DAY on January 16Th! It is APRIL 12 and she still has not received her vehicle! We have asked to speak to the owner who never returned our calls. THE RECEPTIONIST MELISSA DIDNT EVEN REMEBER TALKING TO MY FRIEND THE DAY BEFORE! So we came and had to call the cops because this body shop was sitting down in their empty lobby eating lunch while we just asked to please take the car. Mind you we are on our lunch break so waiting isn’t an option... we asked for invoices and Andy then tells my friend that now she has to pay her deductible. My Friend has paid over $1700 on car rental that he also promised to reimburse her and she’s also spent Uber or Lyft for the past month! PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE! Take it to a shop that your company trusts!

Bad repair work these days
They tried fixing the same engine problems three different times and could not fix it. I got charged over $300.00 dollars, for labor & something I never authorized them to do, that I did not need. Rip off artist. Never again.

Confused on this business
My car was towed today for no registration when I was right at the freaking entrance to my APARTMENT !!!!! It's midnight so I can't call this company but why is this a collision repair shop that they towed my car to?!?!?! Someone answer me! Since when does a collision shop start impounding cars?!
