Our neighborhood quality automotive for repair specialists!
They always provide a thorough diagnosis and explanation with pictures of anything that you need work done on. Kevin always takes really good care of you. The staff is knowledgeable and professional. They have been our go to repair shop in the neighborhood for the last several years. I highly recommend them.

Woodcrest Auto has the best mechanics in town!
Excellent service all around the board, what started off as a need to find a mechanic turned into a years long relationship with a business that I fully trust and can depend on whenever a concern arises with my vehicle. Warranty work through Carmax
Found out this location is a warranty center for Carmax car care. The staff at this location is absolutely amazing and always on top of it. Took it in for vibration in the front end and a clunking noise when you takeoff. Found out the motor mount and the tire rod was bad. I had my car back within 24 hours of authorization. I couldn’t be happier with the outstanding service they provided. Thanks guys

One bad incident
I brought my car in at 8am for a TPMS light and a horn repair. I did not hear from Woodcrest so I called at 3pm and spoke to Jesus (mechanic). Jesus said Dan will call me back in about 30 minutes. At 4:45 Dan called with an estimate on the repair and I told him to only do the TPMS light. I called at 5:30 to ask if the vehicle is ready to pick up and Dan asked if I could leave it overnight because the mechanic did not start on the repair due to their miscommunication. I kindly said I needed the car back today. I think the car was at Woodcrest for a sufficient amount of time for the vehicle to be repaired. I was charged .75 hour labor and it took less than 30 min to have the vehicle completed by 6pm closing. I normally have a good experience at Woodcrest and have four other vehicles serviced here. I’m not sure why Woodcrest failed to diagnose, communicate with me and repair the vehicle in a timely manner.
