Excellent repairs
Woburn Foreign auto body did excellent repairs on my car following a collision. They were easy to work with during the greater than 1 month process, sending weekly updates and answering email inquiries usually within a few hours or less.
The finished product is what matters, and the car was delivered clean as when initially purchased. The office staff was very pleasant.
I will recommend them to any friends in need of a body shop.

Review of Woburn Foreign Auto Body
As always, communicated with and an impeccable job done on the fixing of our vehicle. Start to finish, Woburn Foreign Auto Body...is simply the best in the business. We would never go anywhere else and I have recommended them to many folks. And will continue to do so. My husband is VERY PARTICULAR about the car..I mean VERY PARTICULAR...and he will not go anywhere else.

Service not as good as used to be
I’m going the repairs are well done as that is what matters most, but the experience is also important and the level of service and communication provided was so lacking compared to last time we used this shop five years ago that we were shocked. In five weeks we received no calls or texts or emails about it car and only two photos (with no commentary) were posted online. There was a delay so communication would have been helpful. Then when the car was finished on a Friday, nobody called us that day or the next. So we were without our car for another three days. They just don’t put much into customer care anymore. The car looks good, though.
