TOOOO Expensive and cannot buy a car because they do not call back
I had to buy my car in Cortlandt (sp?) which is about 30 minutes north of Yonkers. Why? I can guarantee that I called over 8-9 times. I tried to get a salesman, answers, manager, manager promised call back, salesman promised call back, wanted Camry in white, possibly blue. Nothing buy lies and a number of excuses, two of which were the salesman went home, the manager went home and would not be back for two days.
Left a message for the owner, who does come in. Never heard from him.
Nice to drive north and see all the trees and clean air Saturday mornings, sit in a very clean dealership while they service may car rather quickly. Have great coffee and pastries and fruit. Nice TV and something worth watching because you have the controller.
Gor tired of the drive after 2.5 years. Yonkers location is about 20% more in costs to repair. Girls in office can be rather nasty and short on patience. Even my service writer can be bad on calling when he says I will call after this customer in front of me. The other day it was over two hours when I called him in the middle of work.
Find another dealer and enjoy the ride.

They fucking play around to much
Don't bring your vehicle here to be serviced.. they're very unprofessional, all the service advisors are rude.. this not the place to bring your vehicle..

Cara Deluca Is a Great Person
Cara makes sure I get the service I need and she's friendly and Courteous.
Cara also follows up to make sure everything is running well after the service has been completed.

Nicole is great
My husband and I had a great experience, Nicole who assisted us are very nice and very helpful. She took her time with us to choose what we want, she’s very patience and explained the details about cars. We felt very comfortable with her. Definitely will recommend to all my friends Toyota yonkers and Nicole. Thank you we’re enjoying our car

Worst experience I ever had with Toyota
I was a happy and satisfied Toyota owner since 2007. Until recently when I was unfortunate enough to get stuck on Cross County Pkwy in Yonkers NY on 2015 Toyota Rav4 that has an extended factory warranty. My car only has 40000 miles on it. While driving in a slow traffic all the lights on my dashboard went on. I got scared, put the car on parking, and was not able to switch it back to drive mode. The tow truck picked me up from the middle of the Pkwy, and my car was taken straight to Westchester Toyota parking lot (since I live far away) by professional towing service. The next day I went approx 40 miles from my home to Westchester Toyota where I was told that they have a huge line of customers with scheduled appointments and it makes no sense for me to wait at the dealership. I went back home and in approx. 1hr-1.5hr receive a call and was told that that was my fault that car broke, insurance will not cover repairs and was given a choice of waiting until Monday (since my insurance agent was closed on Saturday) or pay $700 for repairs. I was trying to explain that my car broke in the middle of the highway, and I have a tow truck receipt…). I live in Putnam county and work in NYC. I am working Saturdays and Sundays. I had no other choice than pay and get my car back the same day. I am trying to figure it out how is it my fault that car broke??????? How I can cause an electrical issue in my car while driving it that is not covered by my insurance????? I will submit the same latter to BBB and Toyota customer complain center to find the answer. The repair was done the same day, replaced details were left on my floor mat… It was the WORST experience with Toyota I ever had!!! My advice to the future service center customers stay at the dealership while your car being fixed, or at least find out the repair price before you go home, and, especially if you live far away and have no choice, do not tell them that. But better go straight to another service (for example Mamaroneck Toyota Service, whom I never had no problems with, and who will treat you with respect).
