Don't trust this outfit!
The reviews would make you think these guys are straight up people....They are not: they are not a class act. Their sales people are a bunch of non-professionals and the management doesn't keep deals it makes. If I make a business deal I keep it; that's a foreign concept to these guys. Do not trust this business.
I was very interested in buying a truck this shop had, and talked by phone with three of their sales reps on a Saturday morning. Two said they'd call me back, but never did. I finally talked with the Internet Sales Manager, who seemed very competent, and she and I quickly struck a deal on the vehicle for their asking price. She said the Sales Manager would call me to finalize the details. He promptly called, just a few minutes later, and he and I confirmed we had a clear and unambiguous deal. He sent me the 'out the door' total for the truck, and sent me wiring instructions so I could send in the full cash payment as soon as the banks opened Monday. I offered to put a down payment on a card to secure the deal over the weekend, and was told it wasn't necessary--we had a deal and they would get the car ready for me to pick up. I made an appointment to pick up the car the following Tuesday and bought a ticket to fly down from Northern California to pick up the car. The Sales Manager knew I was buying an airline ticket to do the deal. Late in the afternoon that same day l got a text from him saying the deal was off: apparently the owner of the business had done a deal on the side with someone else for the truck, bypassing and not informing his sales staff, and they were backing out of the agreement we had. My airline ticket? I'm out $400. I guess I'll get credit from Alaska Air for another trip down there: I can't imagine why I would want to go...certainly not to do business with West Coast Auto Sales. This is not an outfit you ever want to do business with.

Broken Promises & Misleading Claims
Go there to check out the deals they have an array of beautiful vehicles.
* BEWARE !!
When finalizing your contract and over ALL the details. Go over the vehicle very well to make sure they serviced it as promised before purchasing.
They make promises they do not intend on keeping and will add unnecessary items/"services" at inflated rates.

They charge you for add ons to put more money in there pocket
I was going to buy a car from them but wanted to see what I was paying for and when they gave me the breakdown they added 4500 dollars to it for add ons that weren't even there the place is a rip off and fraud. After seeing that I called another dealership for a vehicle for the same price and got it for 5000 cheaper

I am very happy to buy a car form them
I was so hesitant to buy a used car from used car lot. But after enough due diligence I decided to give westcoast a try. I am beyond shocked with the level of customer service they showed me, My sales guy rami was very carefully explaining everything for us from the moment we arrived. He was able to get us $68 lower payment than we told him we can afford.
Definitely good place to buy cars.

Had best experience buying my Tesla Y
I went to westcoast 3 times before i bought my tesla Y! Each time I visited i noticed that my sales guy Elie was smooth and super patient which made me feel good each time. He was never pushy or in a hurry to close the deal. They had over 20 similar tesla y to choose from which i liked as well. I ended buying the car for thousands below value. I highly recommend westcoast and Elie to anyone.

Sorry to tell you…
I usually don't write reviews, but I want to safe you time and Money! They are really friendly and communicative, but I'm sorry to tell you that these prices are not as advertised. I was looking to buy a car for 23k working with my budget.
As we set down to talk numbers I was notified that when I pay the price the car was advertised at they would loose money so I have to buy mandatory additional add ons that have no real use other than keeping the Dealership alive. At least what they are claiming. THE EXTRA ADD ONS COME ON EVERY CAR AND COST AROUND 4K. + interest + Taxes which means. If you finance a car that they falsely advertise to be around 23k you pay 23k +4K + sales taxes + interest. Comes out to more than 10k more than your original plan. Not fair right? It's like going to Walmart buying 2 for 1 Chocolate bars and than having to buy a TV to get the deal. I don't know if the dealership reads this but your not only loosing money on your deals your actually loosing customers like this. That bring in the money.
I wish I could leave a different review.

Happy Buyer
I am very thrilld to have found this store. I hate buying cars and i do not enjoy spending a whole day buying a car or anyrthing else! Elie made it enjoyable experience and the time passed so fast, i was in and out in less than one hour and half! I got the car i been looking for and a payment i can afford! glad they did not stretch me financially. What i like about them is they understood my needs and did it in a very fast time. Beyond Amazing, very pleasant.
I visited the dealership late on a Sunday evening. I had researched the car we were looking for and knew that their price was the absolute lowest out in the market. I was surprised to find that it wasn't a "cash price" and they honored the price without question when I arrived. Their inventory is amazing. All of their vehicles were top notch and there's a huge selection to choice from. The facilities are clean and comfortable. The staff was courteous, professional and very attentive. They made sure we were happy with every aspect of the transaction from beginning to end. Patrick, the finance manager wrapped up the financing quickly and Luis, our sales person made sure that all my concerns were addressed before I asked. There was no haggling on the price and there were no junk fees on the contract. I couldn't be happier with my decision to purchase from West Coast Auto. I will definitely refer them to all of my family and friends. Five star service for sure!!!

Fraud scamming people with extra optional charges
Guys my case started from 09/20/2020 when i went in to buy a toyota prius 2016.
This the worst Dealership i have dealt with in past 3 purchases of mine. They are fooling people with putting extra items to the contract such as theftpatrol , PAC service . Extended bullshit warranty etc etc which came out to be at a cost of $4000 dollars.
Are you serious? And then they dont ever disclose it with you .. we just got to know after we were reading the contract signed by us.
Also after purchasing the vehicle with their extra bullshit OPTIONAL charges i still had a right to get them off my contract anytime after i signed because they are not a part of the contract but those charges are just a non ethical way to have business and ripping the customers off .
With that happening i called them and requested to remove the Optional charges I wasn’t aware of initially, which they denied straight up saying that the bank is not willing to accept a contract without these EXTRA additions(PAC:$500,,theftpatrol:$1500,,,extended warranty:$2000)which was totally another bullshit coming from dealerships FINANCE MANAGER CHRIS. So i made my own way to speak to the bank, where they totally confirmed that even they are waiting for the optional charges to get off my contract as i mentioned the issue with the bank what exactly was happening between me and the dealership.
But then also these guys are so unprofessional and been misleading us since day 1 that even after knowing all that they had guts to tell me that ‘we need to reapply your contract as the Bank is not willing to fund them ‘ bullshit
Just because they did not want to lose there extra misleaded money , they came with this idea to call me back and try to refinance with another bank and give me a much higher interest much higher down payment requirement and other bullshit came in now.
So i denied , this was within the first week of the purchase.
So the bank was still waiting on them to get the charges off and did not funded them even with a penny which probably was hurting them as they tried all to get the extra bullshit money from me but still failed lol.
Then after within next couple days they been trying get in touch to have the car back from me, as they had that 10 day period to show if theres no financing available for the vehicle for me and wanted the car back. I called the bank and got to know that the bank has just put the funding on reviewal as i had all the legal right to the extra charges off my contract and they were just waiting on the dealership to proceed the right way. So here the dealership had no option as they couldn’t make there extra money through the bank in my cas , they sent out a letter to return the car and will be given all my consideration(downpayment or trade in anything i put in first) upon return. So i went to the dealership to return the car cause in past 2 weeks i didnt had more to talk to these fake misleading teams of jackers And again they had plans to get something out of me .
Upon arrival Mr Chris (the 15 years experience finance manager) was charging me for mileage , restocking fee, and some other bullshit charges . Which i totally denied as I wasn’t the one who is canceling the contract but them telling me to return the car cause they couldn’t agree with the bank to correct there unprofessionalism without the OPTIONAL CHARGES THEY PUT IN MY CONTRACT.
So this Guy Stood up and walked out the room without clearing my paperwork saying that’ i already have the key now , if youre not willing to sign its upto you and we are done’

They didnt clear anything on paper for the return, i didnt got any info regarding my refund on the downpayment and still after almost 20 days no response from them in regards to that.
I have already reached out to some civil advisers for this concern but Guys please try to save yourself from these scammers and fraud workers. Its not like im the first one,they have reviews for the same issue here , i believe they have pattern of doing it to clients in monthly or weekly basis. Such a disgrace on ethics.
