I left a scathing review before and was going into this appointment optimistic, but cautious. I couldn’t be happier that the past was just that … the past. We had service set up for December 13th. We arrived about 5 minutes early. It literally looked like Genesis day. There were several already being checked in, but they were super prompt and helped us immediately. They had our loaner car ready and we were on our way to run our errands in Tally. Approximately 2 hours later we got the text that our car was ready. We had just sat down to grab some lunch, so we ate and then headed back to Werner. The car was serviced, clean and ready to go. Everyone was extremely nice and there were absolutely no issues!! It was EXACTLY what we expect from a service department that deals in luxury vehicles. I called Trey out before (when things didn’t go so well) and I’m gonna call him out again … but this time it’s for being SUPER PROFESSIONAL and a pleasure to work with. Thanks Werner Genesis Service Dept. I hope you all have a Merry Christmas. ?

Werner Way Means NO SERVICE
Purchased a GV80 in September of 2022. The buying experience was great and James was outstanding. That is where the great service ended. We had purchased the Werner Way package and have had great service there with our previous vehicle.
No more. The total lack of communication and professionalism is beyond belief. We were supposed to have our vehicle picked up and a loaner exchanged for a communication error in the vehicle. We were supposed to have been contacted when the driver left and expected arrival time. Exchange was scheduled for 10am Eastern time. No contact was made from the dealership about the driver leaving. When we called the excuses started. “Driver thought there was a time difference”, “The driver has tried to call and text you” “The driver contacted the wrong number” which by the way was written out correctly on the paper the driver had. He finally shows up at 11:15am Eastern in a stripped down Hyundai. Which we we’re not informed that they didn’t have a Genesis loaner. So we refused to let the young man take our vehicle.
The dealership never tried to reach out to us and ask why it was refused or what they could do to help solve this issue. We left several messages for 2 days with no response. And you would be correct that we are fuming mad at this point. The following people were either left voice messages, text messages or emails. Marcus Ancheta, Justin Roberson, Trey, Jack Barron and even an email sent to Rick Gladwell. None of whom replied.
Trey did get on the phone today. I said my piece, he said his and then he promptly hung up. They have yet to just take responsibility and continue to make excuses.
My vehicle was turned in to your dealership to replace the front panoramic roof glass and for creaking/cracking noise in the rear cabin area.
My vehicle was turned in to your dealership to replace the front panoramic roof glass and for creaking/cracking noise in the rear cabin area. These problems were initially identified in Nov 2, 2021. The panoramic roof glass was successfully replaced Feb 17, 2022 (thanks). However, the noise problem was not taken care of. I addressed to recurring problem with the service department representatives and am still waiting for resolution. It is disappointing to say the lease, with no resolution in sight and I am still making monthly payments for a vehicle that supposed to be high quality/end, but instead is producing noises in the rear cabin area as if it were a low-end vehicle.

Thank you for your response and I hope Tre got everything cleared up with you and look forward to seeing you on Monday.

Almost 3 hours for oil change
I made appointment for an oil change and was told no loaner was available. I arrived 10 min early for my appointment, and my vehicle was taken into the bay shortly afterwards. After waiting over 2 1/2 hours I found a service advisor to ask when I could get my vehicle back. He searched for a while then told me it was waiting to be washed. He could give me no explanation why the oil change would take so long only that all Genesis service managers were out that day. It was 2 hours 50 minutes before I got my key back.
Once in line for service, we received our loaner to drive around Tallahassee which we did. It was a 2021 G80 and very nice. Our car was ready in three hours and was cleaned and detailed! Very pleased with Marcus Ancheta and Lee who worked in customer service.
I purchased by Genesis G90 at another dealership and had my first service with Werner Genesis this week. Every aspect of services from pickup, to delivery, to detailing was outstanding.
