Great Job
Everything about working with the Walser Collision folks was good. Cindy,, the receptionist is excellent and she bends over backwards to make sure that things like the rental car are waiting for you at the center for pickup and drop-off. The work was thorough; they found additional damage during the deconstruction and had the insurance agent approve that too. Communication was good during the process. I was surprised when they called and told me it was ready. Very good experience out of a negative situation.

The staff is very friendly and great to work with. The quality of the work performed was flawless and done in a very timely manner for the work damage that was done to the left front end of my car. I would highly recommend anytime.

Great!
Got the car fixed well. Walk around well done by Tony and the manager was helpful with a rock chip.
Got a referral for protective film (although referral has not got back to me)

2017 Legacy Side Mirror - still a good place.
Everything was fine except communication: I had to call to find out when I was scheduled to bring the car in and left a message to know when it was done. They called me back promptly and the work was very good. Gave me a voucher for a car clean.

2021 Forester aka Jasper
I took my Subaru Forester to 2 collision centers. The Walser one was less expensive and able to give us 2 different price points depending on what we felt was necessary. The 2nd collision center doesn't normally handle Subaru vehicles. But they were able to explain what the different costs would cover and why we might prefer one repair estimate to the other. Either collision center was a shlepp to get to.

Bought 2021 Crosstrek new at South St Paul Walser Subaru- Service at Burnsville Walser Subaru - Had rear end damage repaired at Bloomington Walser Collision and Glass - Have had nothing but good experiences at all locations - Would highly recommend all locations
