Steve said it was a very pleasant experience all around. He had an alternator installed and a week later went in for a tune up. At that time, the technicians discovered that the alternator was not performing as it should and replaced it with a new one at that time without any additional cost. They honored the warranty.

My Ideal Mechanics
My dad was a mechanic and, helpful or not, he's always been my standard for what I hope to find in a mechanic: straight shooting, honest, and understanding. When I walk into Vidal's it feels like I'm walking into my own childhood garage. They know my and my car and everything feels casual in the best possible way, like I'm leaving my car with my dad. I couldn't ask for anything else.

Fast, friendly, affordable!
I had a flat tire and another one with a slow leak. I needed my car same day for work purposes, and they fit me in right away! I braced for the worst diagnosis (“you need four new tires”), but was thrilled with a 3-hour turnaround time and a $66 bill. Will definitely make this my regular auto body shop!
